    By Appointment Only

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

No. All visits are scheduled by appointment to ensure every client receives the time and personalized attention needed for their treatment.

Your First Appointment

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. I'll also evaluate how your body moves, your posture, and any movement restrictions that may be contributing to your discomfort.

Based on this assessment, I'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include one or more therapy techniques depending on your needs.

  • Do I need to know which therapy I need before scheduling?

No. Many clients aren't sure which service is the best fit for their condition, and that's perfectly fine. During your assessment, I'll determine which combination of therapies is most appropriate for your goals and movement patterns.

  • Should I wear comfortable clothing?

Yes. Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is recommended, especially if your appointment includes movement assessments, stretching, or corrective exercises.

Treatment Questions

  • What conditions do you commonly help treat?

Treatment may help improve movement and reduce discomfort associated with:

    • Chronic pain
    • Back pain
    • Neck pain
    • Shoulder pain
    • Hip pain
    • Knee pain
    • Sciatica
    • Plantar fasciitis
    • Arthritis
    • Trigger points
    • Muscle tightness
    • Sports injuries
    • Poor posture
    • Restricted mobility
    • Soft tissue injuries

Every treatment plan is personalized to your specific condition and goals.

  • What services do you offer?

    BodyMechanix Muscular Therapy provides:

    • Myofascial Release Therapy
    • Neuromuscular Therapy
    • Assisted Stretching
    • Sports Massage & Recovery
    • Therapeutic & Medical Massage
    • Class IV Laser Therapy
    • Corrective Movement & Posture Therapy
    • Senior Mobility & Balance Training

Each appointment is customized based on your needs rather than following a standard treatment routine.

  • Is treatment painful?

Not necessarily. Some techniques may create temporary tenderness when working with tight muscles or trigger points, but treatment is always adjusted to your comfort level. My goal is to work with your body—not against it.

  • How many sessions will I need?

The number of visits depends on your condition, your goals, how long you've been experiencing symptoms, and how your body responds to treatment. Some clients come in for short-term care, while others choose ongoing maintenance to support mobility and wellness.

Memberships

  • Do you offer membership plans?

Yes. Memberships are available for clients who want consistent, proactive care.

    Current options include:

    • Monthly Membership
    • Gold Membership

Both memberships are designed to help you stay ahead of pain while maintaining mobility and healthy movement.

  • Can I use unused membership sessions later?

Yes. Unused sessions roll over for one month before expiring, according to the membership policy.

Class IV Laser Therapy

  • What is Class IV Laser Therapy?

Class IV Laser Therapy uses therapeutic light energy to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. It may help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support tissue repair for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

  • Is laser therapy safe?

Yes. When performed by a trained professional, Class IV Laser Therapy is considered a safe, non-invasive treatment. Protective eyewear is worn during each session.

  • Does laser therapy replace manual therapy?

Laser therapy often works best when combined with manual therapy and corrective movement techniques as part of a personalized treatment plan.
